Refund Policy
At Klaiven, we value your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order and obtain a refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. No reason is required.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to support@klaiven.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Items you wish to return
- Optional: reason for return
We will reply with detailed return instructions.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions apply:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days after you notify us.
Note: Items such as underwear, personalized products, and sealed goods (once opened) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs (if applied) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with either a full refund or a replacement.
